Job Title: Temporary to Permanent Customer Service Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 13 Weeks (Starting 8/11/2025)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (Includes 2 late shifts for bilingual agents)
Rate: $17/hour Gross weekly : $680
Work : Hybrid (combination of remote and on-site)


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Meet departmental standards for call volume and documentation accuracy.
• Assist members and providers by answering questions and resolving concerns related to:
• Finding providers and services.
• Arranging transportation.
• Billing and claims status inquiries.
• Pharmacy-related issues.
• Accessing community support services.
• Verifying member eligibility and quoting benefits.
• Assisting with referrals and member health assessments.
• Closing gaps in care through ongoing member education.
• Provide accurate benefits information to members and providers.
• Participate in departmental projects and quality improvement initiatives with Medical Management, Provider Relations, and Quality Departments (e.g., Preventative Health Screenings).
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain efficient department and company operations.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience involving direct contact via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face interactions.
• Must be fluent in both Burmese and English (spoken).
• High School Diploma
• Must reside in Indianapolis, IN.
