Job Title: Sheet Metal Installer Helper Location: Greater Cleveland, OH (must be willing to travel up to ~40 miles as needed) Pay: Up to $25/hour, based on experience Job Description: Power Labor is seeking motivated Sheet Metal Installer Helpers to support commercial projects in and around the Greater Cleveland area. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in the sheet metal trade while working with experienced installers on a variety of projects. Responsibilities: Assist with the installation of sheet metal ductwork and related systems on commercial job sites Measure, cut, assemble, and move materials as directed by mid-level and journeyman installers Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow instructions and support the crew to ensure project deadlines are met Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a sheet metal helper or related construction trade preferred Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Clean driving record and reliable transportation Must provide own basic sheet metal tools and required PPE (boots, safety glasses, hard hat) Consistent attendance and reliability are mandatory Ability to pass drug screen and background check Willingness to travel up to 40 miles as needed for projects Compensation: Up to $25/hour, based on experience Benefits with Power Labor: Competitive and affordable benefits package Paid holidays on select dates 5 days PTO after 1800 hours worked Referral program – earn rewards for referring other skilled tradespeople Apply Today!
