Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Salon Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This person will greet guests with a warm smile, manage the front desk, and support our stylists by ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and salon
Assist with retail product sales and inventory as needed
Provide support to salon staff and management with daily operations
Handle client questions or concerns in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or front desk preferred (salon/spa experience a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and point-of-sale software
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
