Position: Research Scientist

* 5+ years of experience as a Research Scientist in Pharma Industry.
* Demonstrated supervisory experience through leading and managing cross-functional teams, providing direct oversight of method validation studies, and developing/implementing training programs for clinical research personnel.
* Develop comprehensive training programs and user manuals tailored for clinical research personnel, emphasizing good clinical practice compliance, and data integrity.
* Design, execution, and analysis of multifaceted experimental protocols aimed at enhancing the performance, portability, and user-friendliness of miniaturized mass spectrometry devices, addressing challenges such as power consumption, sample introduction, and ion source optimization.
* Proficiency in conducting both routine and non-routine analytical studies, leveraging a sophisticated arsenal of advanced scientific instrumentation, including but not limited to optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energydispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), profilometry, contact angle measurement techniques, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), Karl Fischer titration apparatus, ultraviolet-visible (UV) spectrophotometers, and near-infrared (NIR) spectrometers, leveraging this expertise to conduct highly sensitive and precise analyses of pharmaceutical products and raw materials.
