Responsibilities:

1. Drive product discovery and execution for the Developer Productivity team
2. Partner closely with engineers and tech leads to understand pain points in development workflows
3. Prioritize initiatives that improve developer experience, reduce friction, and accelerate delivery
4. Define product requirements and success metrics, and collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth execution
5. Facilitate cross-functional coordination to align on tooling and standards
6. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback, measuring impact, and iterating on internal tools and processes

Qualifications:

• 12 years of product management or equivalent experience, ideally with some exposure to internal tooling, developer platforms, or infrastructure-facing teams
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust with engineering partners and internal users
• Curious and systems-minded you enjoy digging into how things work and identifying where process or tooling can improve outcomes
• Comfortable operating in technical domains, even if you dont have an engineering background
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A strong sense of ownership and drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
