We are currently seeking an Early Kindergarten Educator to join our amazing team. The EK teacher is responsible for providing a safe, positive, and nurturing educational environment while supervising the children. This position routinely interfaces with family members and colleagues on both elementary and secondary campuses while receiving the support of the center Director and Campus Superintendent.

 

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing an engaging, biblically-based curriculum.
• Designing and maintaining an enriching classroom environment.
• Incorporating developmentally appropriate activities into the daily schedule .
• Conducting assessments to ensure children are meeting or exceeding goals.
• Maintaining portfolios to capture evidence of growth throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or related field desired.
• Child Development Coursework required.
• Alignment with TCCS values and willingness to sign required faith statement.
