Coverage: Global (offices in the US, Europe and Asia) Key Requirements Backgrounds: PE / VC / Hedge Fund 12 – 20 years of experience (candidates outside this range will be considered) Education, Training and Establishment exposure = PE, VC or a Hedge Fund related Experience in RIA and SEC requirements Experience with tax filings and non-US marketing registrations Experience with overseas operations in terms of offices, funds and market growth (EMEA and APAC) Ability to influence stakeholders around the world – essential The Role Work directly with the CEO and deal teams across the globe; be part of the overall C-suite management team. Stakeholders will be based across the US, EMEA and APAC regions. Support transactions with compliance advice, risk/reward guidance and day-to-day matters. Lead the development of a global compliance program, including the creation of a centre of excellence to ensure growth is balanced with appropriate policies and frameworks.
