Job Summary:

The Front Desk position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our flight school. Team members are responsible for a range of tasks, from answering customer inquiries and re-scheduling flights to billing reservations and maintaining a welcoming lobby environment. We are looking for individuals who are professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented to join our team.

Reports to: Director of Student Support

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
• Re-scheduling flights as needed due to maintenance or adverse weather conditions.
• Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
• Efficiently checking in and out flights.
• Billing flight reservations accurately and promptly.
• Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.

• Effective problem-solving abilities to handle flight scheduling changes and customer concerns.
• Attention to detail to accurately process billing and check-in procedures.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Mobility to move throughout the lobby area and assist customers.
• Manual dexterity for operating computer systems and handling paperwork.
