Otamiser is on a mission to optimize how short-term rentals grow on platforms like Airbnb. Our flagship product, Autorank , is an AI-powered optimization engine to improve listing visibility and drive bookings. As we continue to scale, we’re hiring a Optimisation Specialist who combines deep Airbnb or PMS expertise with fluent communication skills and the ability to lead an internal team.

What You’ll Do
  • Guide and manage an internal operations/support team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery for each client.

  • Ensure proper output on airbnb listings.

  • Help clients understand how our optimization works: keyword usage, ranking improvements, and the rationale behind content updates.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and retention.

  • Handle escalations with professionalism and urgency, coordinating cross-functionally to resolve client challenges.

  • Lead monthly reporting, ensuring clients receive clear, actionable insights into their listing performance.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience working with Airbnb and/or Property Management Systems (PMS) ; you understand how listings work behind the scenes.

    Fluent English , both written and spoken — capable of handling nuanced communication with clients and team members.

    Demonstrated ability to direct or manage a team , even in a remote or asynchronous environment.

  • Structured, proactive, and analytical mindset — you bring clarity and ownership to complex processes.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a client-first mentality and a bias toward measurable results.

    Familiarity with tools like Airtable, HubSpot, and other reporting platforms, or the willingness to learn quickly.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of OTA ranking strategies, SEO principles, or listing optimization best practices.

  • Comfort with digital operations : While not expected to be technical, you’re confident working in a digital environment - using tools for documentation, communication, analysis, and workflow management.

  • Strong communicator and active listener : You foster open communication within your team, listen attentively to understand challenges, and deliver feedback in a constructive, solution-oriented way.

  • Proactive problem-solver : You don’t wait for problems to escalate — you anticipate them, raise flags early, and drive resolution in a calm and organized manner.
