We are searching for an experienced technical writer to work in ServiceNow platform and build out Knowledge Base articles. Join our team and help take our employee-focused HR services to new heights.

As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a technical field as well as familiarity with Human Resources policies and procedures. They can adapt in our ServiceNow environment to help us create the documentation and to help with information structure that is clear and usable to our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, review, and organize existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Building out branches of HR Knowledge Base to help support employee questions.
  • Create easy-to-understand user interfaces texts, articles, online help and training guides.
  • Ensure information is presented in a way that is easy to understand by diverse audiences.
  • Develop, writes, and edits content for the People Centers Knowledge Base articles for use within Service Now.
  • Prepares written documentation to transfer technical information about HR concepts, situations, products, services, or results to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with HR managers and specialists to gather the necessary information such as policies, procedures and guides.
  • Translate complex HR policies into understandable, easy-to-read documents.
  • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success.

Qualifications:

  • Preferable some experience in ServiceNow. Or in Navigation and KB Experience for enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing or a related field
  • Experience in technical writing of HR-related documents.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience writing clear and concise text, articles, reports, process guides, or other document types for various audiences.
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive, establish priorities and work independently or in teams.
