salary: $20 - $20.5 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 5 PM - 4:30 AM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
- Install and repair various equipment and components
- Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
- Previous experience in welding is a must
- Familiarity with welding tools and procedures, including processes such as GTAW, GMAW and FCAW.
- Familiarity with engineering blueprints and drawings is a must
- Ability to handle physical workload, including and not limited to lifting up to 50 lbs. off a pallet.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random screening during employment as Teems Fabrication Inc. is a Georgia drug-free workplace
The essential functions of this role include:
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 40lbs
- standing for 9 hours at one time
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
