Website & Funnel Analysis Analyse user behaviour through tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar Evaluate existing conversion funnels and identify drop-off points. Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability audits. 2. A/B & Multivariate Testing Design, run, and analyse A/B or multivariate tests to compare different web page versions. 3. User Research & Feedback Collect qualitative data via surveys, interviews, and on-site feedback. Analyse customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities. 4.
