Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Stock Associate
Location: Edison, NJ
Pay Range: 19-23/hr
Shift: 1st Shift 6am-2pm or 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm
Type: Temp to Perm

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Stock Associate to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments
• Restock shelves and bins with inventory as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Pull and prepare stock for outgoing shipments
• Label, scan, and track inventory using basic technology or scanners
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse or stockroom experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (verbal required; written a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
