About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Benefits and Employee Mobility to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive benefits strategy that spans over 55 countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, compliance, and efficient management of global benefits programs, including health, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness, and recognition programs. This role also oversees global employee mobility, ensuring the smooth transition of employees in long and short-term assignments, and managing relationships with external vendors. The VP will be a key partner to the leadership, driving innovation, and ensuring that the benefits offerings align with the company's values and remain competitive in the marketplace. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in global employee benefits, with at least 5 years in a senior management role, and a proven track record in vendor management, benefits strategy, design, and cost optimization. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, a collaborative leader, and adept at driving change. They should be adept at using data to influence decisions and have a strong understanding of total rewards, including experience in compensation. The role also involves managing large-scale projects, staying updated on industry regulations, and leading the team through key Mergers, Acquisitions, or divestitures.
