About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its inaugural HR Consulting Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of Senior HR Consultants to provide a wide range of strategic and operational HR services to clients. This includes HR strategy development, transformation support, process efficiencies, compliance reviews, talent management, and culture-building assignments. The role demands a professional with at least 15 years' of HR experience at a senior level, a strong background in driving HR operational efficiencies, and a deep understanding of the employment market. The Vice President will also be involved in client relationship management, business development, and will serve as an ambassador for the company in various professional settings. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a proven track record in coaching and guiding clients, as well as the ability to engage in thought leadership within the HR field. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business (Master's preferred), exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at presenting the company's value proposition, negotiating agreements, and be comfortable with the prospect of collaborating with media outlets on employment market-related content. A passion for developing and managing client relationships, as well as a willingness to travel occasionally, is also essential.
