Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with at least 2 years of acute care experience and current ARRT (R) certification.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position is in an acute care setting on the X-Ray Tech unit
• Shifts include three 12-hour rotations with day and night scheduling and alternating weekends
• Typical week includes two shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and one shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with some variations in shift patterns
• Uses EPIC charting system
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency
• Red scrub tops and black scrub bottoms are required
• Background information must be disclosed at time of consideration
• No local travelers permitted within a 50-mile radius
• Returning travelers must have a two-year break if previously employed at any WVU Medicine location
• Travelers may not work for longer than one cumulative year within WVU before requiring a two-year break

\n \n Requirements\n

• Minimum 2 years of acute care radiology technology experience required
• Current ARRT (R) certification and BLS (AHA) required
• Valid driver’s license must be provided for consideration
• Experience with EPIC EMR is required
• License required if applicable
