Department: Quality Resource Management
Responsibilities: performs medical necessity reviews for outpatient services utilizing Milliman Care Guidelines (MCG) guidelines, KP and LCD(Medicare's Local Coverage Determinations) criteria. Refers cases to Medical Director for potential denials

Certificates required: GA RN licensure, BSN and previous insurance experience preferred
