What Were Looking For

• Required Certifications: CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or another nationally recognized CPT

• Athletic background (collegiate, high-level high school, or competitive sport preferred)

• 1+ year coaching experience with youth and/or adults

• Confident in program design for group and 1-on-1 settings

• Positive, energetic personality with a coach-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field

• Familiarity with Glenview/North Shore schools & sports community

• Experience coaching across multiple formats: small group, 1-on-1, teams, and adult classes

A Day in the Life at D1

You walk into our facilitymusic pumping, turf and racks ready. You start with a 6 AM adult class, pivot to training an 8-year-old soccer player, then coach a high school athlete prepping for college sports. Youre programming, leading, motivating, and celebrating wins. At the end of the day, you get a text: Coach, I hit my goal! and thats why you do this.
