As a Senior Big Deal Sales Executive specializing in large outsourcing deals, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value outsourcing opportunities, leveraging your expertise in complex deal structures and strategic negotiations. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential clients with outsourcing needs exceeding $50 million. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives and key stakeholders. Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including solution architects, legal, and finance, to develop customized proposals and solutions. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic recommendations.
