Job Description

SUMMARY:  

The Sponsorship Intern is responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks associated with the Sponsorship Department. 

REPORTS TO: Director of Sponsorship 

FLSA-CLASSIFICATION: Hourly Exempt

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

· Assist in the administrative organization of sponsorship proposals and contracts

· Assist with managing deliverables for Winter Equestrian Festival and Global Dressage Festival

· Manage the organization of prizes and promotional materials

· Keep a running inventory banners and other printed materials

· Organize photos of signage/activations for each circuit

· Work closely with the Sponsorship team to liase with other departments ensuring that activations are running smoothly

· Assist with class presentations during events

· Update weekly video and photo shot lists and communicate assets to clients

· Organize daily presentation schedules and communicate presentation opportunities to sponsors when necessary

· Handle a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Work Schedule is 5 or 6 days a week during the season (including weekends).

· Work Location is on-site.

· Must have good communication skills.

· Must have good technical skills to include MicroSoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.

· Must be eligible to work U.S.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.

· Must be able to work nights and weekends.

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
