As a Social Media and Community Manager at Credit Genie, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media and content strategies to strengthen our employer brand, build brand awareness, drive consideration and adoption, and foster engagement and loyalty across all social media channels.
You will own and manage Credit Genie's community presence, acting as the voice of our brand as you engage directly with customers across social networks and review sites. You will respond to customer inquiries, engage in conversations, and build meaningful relationships with our audience.
You will work closely with the design, growth marketing, customer service, and people teams to create impactful social content and support employer branding initiatives. Together with the people team, you will help showcase our culture and build a strong employer brand across all platforms.
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy, including campaigns, always-on content, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and creative development.
Create and manage editorial calendars, develop original, engaging content, and identify new opportunities to amplify Credit Genie's brand and products.
Partner with influencers and collaborate with brands to grow Credit Genie's recognition and organically increase our social media following.
Monitor social media campaigns and analyze performance using key metrics and KPIs, continuously optimizing for impact.
Manage and nurture our online communities by responding to customer queries, engaging with followers, and replying to reviews across social platforms and review sites.
4+ years of experience leading all aspects of social strategy across major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Proven track record of growing and managing social media communities, including day-to-day operations, growth strategies, measurement, engagement campaigns, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
Experience responding to customer inquiries, managing online reviews, and fostering positive brand sentiment.
Successful experience partnering on employer branding initiatives and supporting the development of a strong internal and external brand narrative.
Experience managing and measuring both ongoing and campaign-specific social programs.
Strong analytical skills and experience with web and social media analytics tools and reporting (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Tableau).
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Adaptable, curious, and motivated by fast-moving environments and ambitious growth goals.
Experience with consumer fintech or related industries is a plus.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
