JOB IS LOCATED IN KY. COMPANY OFFERS RELOCATION PACKAGE.

Premier textile screen printing provider in KY is searching to hire an experienced Screen Print Manager.
Responsibilities include:

• Manage and direct approximately 15 pressroom employees in flatbed and rotary screen printing operations.
• Schedule production to maintain quality and on-time delivery dates.
• Technical expert in screen print department.
• Use continuous improvement methods to increase efficiencies and reduce waste and down times.
• Work closely with outside vendors to ensure product compliancy and on-time deliveries.
• Oversee proper press training program.
• Work closely with Plant Manager to ensure client demands are being met and/or exceeded.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in large format screen printing operations; textile and/or fabric experience desired.
• Strong technical knowledge of large format flatbed and/or rotary screen printing processes.
• Working knowledge of Zimmer screen presses a plus.
• Experience printing on textiles and/or fabrics.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
• Solid communication skills.
• Proven team building skills.
• Continuous Improvement, ISO, Lean or Six Sigma experience a plus.
