The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for engaging with firm stakeholders in the hands-on configuration and successful project management of the Litify platform (Salesforce) and other related tools and integrations. The incumbent will handle planning, scoping, project management, and ensure successful project delivery. Job Duties: Engages with users through meetings, trainings, and interactions with decision makers and end users to advance projects. Understands the firm’s business requirements and maps them to Litify and other Salesforce technologies. Communicates project updates and leads requirement and design sessions with stakeholders and end users. Analyzes, configures, tests, and implements system changes. Creates and maintains technical documentation for end user instructions. Sets up users, profiles, roles, and configures reports and dashboards. Develops customer fields, page layouts, and process builder workflows. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an IT leader, Administrator, or Consultant. At least 3 years of project management and implementation experience. Experience with data migration to Salesforce using tools like Apex Data Loader. Experience with Salesforce customization including custom fields, page layouts, and process builder workflows. Experience with installing and configuring AppExchange applications. Preferred Education or Experience: Experience as a technical or functional architect in a CRM-focused organization. Exposure to the legal industry. Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and DEV-401.
