HERFF JONES YEARBOOK, Sales Admin & Event Specialist

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday-Friday

YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

Herff Jones Yearbook, the leader in yearbook creation and production, has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Support Admin on the Sales team. Ideal candidate should be able to work remotely or from the Texas office. Candidate must have organizational skills with the ability to multitask and must have good communication skills in verbal and written correspondence with the directors, regional sales managers and other departments.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS:

• Support sales leadership with logistical and expense management
• Lead sales event management, including trainings, sales conferences and trade shows on logistical details and planning
• Support Sales and Sales Operations with reporting in various systems
• Manage processing of new sales partners and associates with documents, material and equipment orders
• Work with Finance and Sales on sales partner changes and territory assignments

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Proficient in Salesforce.com
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Concur or comparable travel/expense management system
• Effective time-management
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing sales environment

A bachelor’s degree is required, and additional consideration will be given to those with company experience. Periodic travel for meetings and trainings is expected. The potential candidate must work well with others and commit to being a team player for the Yearbook Sales team.
