As a leader in our Taco Bell franchise, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our customers. We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager who is energetic, customer-focused, and committed to building a strong team. Your primary responsibility will be managing the restaurant's operations and ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and develop a dynamic team of employees.
• Conduct new hire orientation and create training plans tailored for each new team member.
• Manage employee scheduling and deployment to meet operational needs.
• Address performance issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and enhancing their dining experience.
• Oversee restaurant budget and financial plans to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; College or University Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy is essential.
• Preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager position.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Basic math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Able to perform cleaning duties and maintain a tidy environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform manual labor for the majority of your shift.
