Job Description

Your Smile Partners PLLC seeks licensed Nurse Practitioners to join our national network as independent contractors (1099 NEC status). Nurses across the United States can apply; multistate licensure is a strong advantage. You will provide essential healthcare services via telehealth, including patient assessments, chronic disease management, interprofessional collaboration, pre/post-op care, mental health counseling, patient education, and routine checkups.

• 1099 NEC Independent Contractor (Non-employee).
• Nationwide, remote telehealth position.
• Patient volume: approximately 200 per month.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive telehealth patient care for assigned cases.
• Conduct routine and preventive health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute/chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications within scope.
• Perform pre- and post-operative telehealth care.
• Offer mental health counseling, education, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians/specialists for integrated care.
• Utilize digital EMR/dashboard and ensure HIPAA-compliant record-keeping.

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one US state (multistate licensure is preferred).
• Certification from ANCC, AANP, or equivalent.
• Known of clinical care, telehealth, and EMR/digital tools.

Support Provided:

• Board-certified physician supervision.
• Training, dashboard, EMR, malpractice coverage, billing infrastructure.
• Access to telehealth platform, compliance resources, credentialing support.

Work Structure:

• 100% remote; flexible scheduling based on contractor availability.
• Assignments made in accordance with licensure.
• Standard telehealth visit durations and patient flow.

Scope of Practice & Compliance:

• Abide by state-specific NP scope laws and telehealth regulations.
• Escalate complex cases to supervising MD.
• HIPAA, billing, and record compliance strictly enforced.

Application Requirements:

• Resume/CV, copies of all licenses/certifications, DEA (if applicable).
• Proof of multistate licensure (if available).
• References, background check authorization.
