Overview Healthcare Recruiter — Reston, Virginia Quadrant Inc is looking to add a motivated, proactive, and outgoing individual to our team in Reston Virginia . This position is on site and is NOT remote. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least a year of recruiting experience who is interested in managing all functions associated with the recruiting, screening, and placement of field employees. Responsibilities Source, qualify, hire, and maintain ongoing relationships with qualified nursing professionals across the country to meet clients’ temporary staffing needs. Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates, pre-screen, and evaluate skills in relation to position requirements. Negotiate compensation and oversee onboarding requirements, managing active healthcare professionals. Monitor industry and market trends to identify top accounts, forecast opportunities, and consult with applicants. Operate as the Healthcare Recruiter based at Quadrant Inc’s corporate headquarters in Reston, Virginia, in an on-site office setting. Qualifications At least 1 year of recruiting experience; on-site Reston, Virginia role. Strong work ethic, high energy, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and a personable, positive attitude.
