• Check grammar, spelling, and consistency in all written materials.
• Provide friendly, professional customer support via email or chat.
• Work with team members to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
Qualifications:
• Good English and proofreading skills.
• Careful, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and remotely.
