Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of Project Management to our clients in a 100% remote setting.
• Perform project management tasks as part of a new data warehouse implementation within the Business Intelligence Team.
• Deliver reporting solutions using Microsoft 365 tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Must be PMP Certified.
• Experience with Data Analytics tools such as Tableau, OBIEE, or Power BI.
• Participate in design reviews and shareholder meetings.
• Define project scope, develop project plans, and set milestones and metrics.
• Monitor project status, anticipate risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success within budget and schedule.
• Follow consulting and project planning methodologies, and suggest improvements.
• Assist in proposal planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
• Mentor team members and foster skill development.

Education & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager for intermediate level, or 5-7 years for senior level.
• Experience managing full lifecycle implementations as part of a management team.
• B.A. / B.S. in a technical or business field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation.
• Ability to present to C-Level management.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive in achieving results within scope.
• Effective communication skills, including documentation and presentation.
• Basic knowledge of software products and methodologies, with expertise in at least one application.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
