Project Executive – Mission Critical & Data Center Construction

The Role

As Project Executive, you will oversee multiple large-scale data center projects, providing leadership and direction across all phases of construction. You’ll drive project performance, nurture client relationships, and play a key role in the strategic growth of the mission critical business unit.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor multiple Project Managers and project teams.
• Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Drive proposal development and client presentations.
• Provide executive-level oversight on safety, risk management, and compliance.
• Collaborate with preconstruction to deliver maximum value for clients.
• Play a leadership role in shaping the unit’s growth strategy and business development.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 13+ years in construction project management, with at least several in mission critical or data center builds.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong financial and business acumen with client-facing experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
