Purpose: The Product Director is a core member of the brand team accountable for leading the development and execution of our HCP strategy for Tremfya in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO). This position reports to the Group Product Director, HCP Marketing, Tremfya Dermatology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape HCP brand strategy, messaging, and tactics across include personal, non-personal, and medical education channels.
  • Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
  • Shape and participate in advisory boards, congresses and attend scientific sessions where needed.
  • Manage associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of business experience with successful track record – preferably in Marketing, or alternatively also in Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical or related fields
  • Solid analytical & critical thinking with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable tactics to deliver on business objectives
  • Capable of leading within a matrix environment & influencing without authority
  • Excellent communication & project management skills
  • Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals
  • Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 30%
