Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role supports frontline process operations , system qualification , and startup optimization to ensure product quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in chemical engineering principles and enjoys solving problems in a hands-on production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day process engineering support for manufacturing operations, acting as a first-line resource for troubleshooting and process optimization.
  • Analyze process data and operator feedback to identify trends, reduce variability, and improve first-time-right performance.
  • Support qualification, commissioning, and startup of new or modified process systems, including data collection, verification, and documentation of results.
  • Develop and refine SOPs , startup procedures, and operating parameters to enhance process control and repeatability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, and safety to drive process reliability and compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement projects leveraging process data, KPI dashboards, and statistical tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of process engineering experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting frontline operations , system startup , or process qualification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data visualization skills (Power BI, PI Vision, JMP, etc. a plus).
  • Familiarity with GMP environments or interest in transitioning from chemical manufacturing to pharma.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with operators and cross-functional teams.
