We are seeking a Physician Recruiter   to join our client in the Binghampton area! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to our health system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical schools, residency programs, professional associations, and recruitment partners.

  • Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in Workday ATS.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategies and improve processes.

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, medical conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required).

  • 2+ years of experience in physician or healthcare provider recruitment (preferred).

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and physician market dynamics.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Workday ATS and sourcing tools.
