Physician Assistant career opportunity. We would like to hire a Physician Assistant with 0-3 years experience. We will train you to care for pain and musculoskeletal patients.
** Sorry, NO Nurse Practitioner Candidates. The physician owner simply prefers to work with PA's.
This job opening is located in the Kaufman / Crandall area.
Our compensation being offered is in the $105K to $125K range, plus benefits.
This opportunity is with a reputable Interventional Pain Medicine specialty practice. The practice is very procedure focused, and practices evidence-based medicine. Here you will be working with a Double Board Certified physician. The staff is supportive and professional. You will be treated with respect.
They will teach you to diagnose and treat various joint, spine and soft tissue conditions. Additionally they will teach you to prescribe DME and procedures such as Trigger Point Injections and various Joint Injections. And for any patient needing an opioid prescription, this is to be per CDC guidelines. And perhaps the most importantly, they will teach you to diagnose spine conditions for procedures, which the physician will do in a surgery center.
The work schedule:
* Monday - Friday days
* No evenings, no weekends, and no holidays
Candidate MUST be licensed in TX
Candidate MUST be willing to travel for the first TWO weeks for training. (Maybe to a clinic as far as 2 hours away. Will pay extra during training)
After training, many days you will work solo. So you must have confidence in your abilities. And of course a physician will be available by phone to help & support you whenever needed.
Work locations are in Kaufman and a couple other clinics within 30 minutes of Kaufman.
