We are currently seeking a PeopleSoft DBA to join our team in Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

PeopleSoft Administrator to support various PeopleSoft HCM, Finance or Campus Solution products.

• PeopleSoft Administration tasks including PeopleSoft software installations, applying maintenance updates using Change Assistant, performing project migrations, Data Mover, PSADMIN utility, Configuration Manager, Change Impact Analyzer etc.
• Perform PeopleSoft Application Upgrades for Finance and HRMS applications
• Perform PUM Image, DPK Image installations, PUM Image upgrades for PeopleSoft Financial, HR, Campus Solutions application
• Experience of PeopleSoft application migrations from one type of Database to other
• Strong PeopleSoft Administration Skills with Oracle RAC experience
• Setup, Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS to setup Cloud Block storage, Object Storage, configure network segmentation in the Cloud when needed to setup PeopleSoft Demo Images, Oracle Databases.
• Setup Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to setup Oracle Database as Service, PeopleSoft Demo and Images in the cloud using Cloud services
• Perform PeopleSoft DBA activities across Production, Non-Prod and Implementation projects.
• Should be open to working on shifts
• Configure, Administer, Performance Monitoring and Tuning of PeopleTools, Web Server, Tuxedo, Batch Servers and Database Servers

• Maintain the Oracle database server, Export & Import, RMAN Backups which are further used for Environment & Database Refreshes
• Day-to-Day Project/objects Migrations using Application designer, SQR migration in PeopleSoft and performing tables migrations in database.

• Setup and maintain PeopleSoft application Security, Database, Tuxedo server. 
• Database Refresh/cloning to Non-Prod environments
• Troubleshoot and Debug Application Engine, Integration Broker, Query, PeopleCode, SQR, Nvision report and Change Assistant Tool.
• Develop and Maintain Linux Shell scripts for automation, administration and interface transmissions. 
• Demonstrated ability to work with application developers to resolve issues.
• Perform Oracle Database upgrades and Migrations to different Operating Systems.

• Identify the customizations through compare and run the Change Assistant to perform the upgradation of the existing FSCM application along with the infrastructure upgrade.
• Installation and compiling of the MicroFocus Cobol which is required for the PeopleSoft FSCM application
• Maintain integrity and internal consistency of the database using DDDAUDIT, SYSAUDIT reports periodically.

Required Skills:

• 5 Years of Oracle Database 11g/12c Administration, apply CPU Patches, Maintenance & Monitoring
• 5 years of PeopleSoft /Database Administration Experience
• Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft Application and System experience
• Extensive understanding and previous work experience as a PeopleSoft Admin in multiple implementations and/or upgrade projects

• Major PeopleTools 8.5x to 8.5x Upgrades
• Demonstrated expertise in PeopleTools v8.54 or higher, with components such as application designer, data mover, SQR, PeopleCode, Query, Application Engine, Integration broker, application server, web server, Tuxedo, WebLogic
• Specialized in designing / working with Oracle / PeopleSoft databases on UNIX / Windows environments and has an excellent understanding of all the components of the PeopleSoft infrastructure
• Handling PUM images, DPK image installations as well as the PUM upgrades for both HCM & FSCM

• Complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the Project Manager
• Take personal responsibility for continual process improvement
• Facilitate and participate in meetings when appropriate
• Produce timely, high quality deliverables that exceed the expectations of the internal and external client
• PeopleSoft version 9.2 or higher experience required
