Pay Range $58.00 – $76.00/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits Employment Type Contract; open for C2C also Job Description We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional resource with 10+ years of expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft Finance modules, General Ledger, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Application Engine, Application Designer and other PeopleSoft technologies. This role involves designing and implementing robust financial solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The position is hybrid, and the shift is day. Responsibilities Understand business processes and functionality specific to client. Have good knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance modules and experience in implementation and upgrade. Understand functional specifications and create/review technical design specifications. Drive meetings/sessions with business teams. Coordinate with customer & client onsite/offshore resources. Build customizations, interfaces, reports as per design documents and perform peer reviews. Have working knowledge of People Tools, AWE, ExceltoCI, People code and Integration broker. Provide bug‑fix support during UAT & warranty support. Work in line with IT governance policy to ensure adherence to quality schedule and project timelines. Design and implement comprehensive PeopleSoft Financial solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure seamless data flow and system performance via interface and application engine. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align PeopleSoft solutions with organizational goals. Develop and maintain documentation for PeopleSoft configurations, customizations, and processes. Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data integrity and security within PeopleSoft systems through effective governance and controls. Lead end‑to‑end implementation of enhancements from requirement gathering to production migration.
