This is a contract position lasting up to 6 months .
JOB PURPOSE :
The People Partner I will support key People Operations functions, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration, people analytics, and departmental project execution. This role will partner with organizational leaders and employees to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, benefit enrollments, and compliance with applicable regulations. While the role will provide general support across People Operations, its primary focus is operational execution and employee support tied to compensation delivery, benefits programs, and data analysis. This position will also support the team’s transition from an HR to a people operations model by leveraging systems, data, and consistent service delivery practices.

Experience, Education and Licensure

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
