Continuing Education: On-Demand Access to the world's best training principles and philosophies for an immersive continuing education experience. We literally have a library of educational videos and books that you will have access to. This will ultimately allow you to fine tune your craft and provide industry leading training to those who need it most.
No Sales: No need to stress about making sales or quotas... WE will handle that for you...
Compensation: It’s awesome here but we’re certainly not going to ask you to work for free. Comp ranges are from $20-$40 per hour.
Career Advancement: Career growth is one of our highest priorities for anyone on our team. Since we are planning on expansion to other locations in 2023, there will be growth opportunities for you if this strikes your interest. We also have salaried leadership positions that will allow you to make more money and help more people.

Great with People: We want someone who is outstanding with people. You must love people and be completely excited about helping others achieve their goals
NO DRAMA: We’ve run a drama free gym since day one.
A Learner: You don’t have to be the world’s smartest trainer to work here but you do need to have an incredible thirst to become a better trainer…everyday
Certified/Degree: A Personal Trainer Certification or a College Degree is preferred but NOT required to apply.
Experience: 1-3 years experience preferred but NOT required. If you’re totally new to this game please do not let that prevent you from applying. We have one of the strongest onboarding systems in the industry, so we’ll have you ready to go faster than any certification out there.
