We’re hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic MANAGER in the city of FONTANA, CA!!
Monday-Friday and possible weekends
Cold Environment- Working for a Cheese company.
1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm possible 4am start time based on needs
The starting salary range for this role is $59,520 (DOE) CAN be higher based on experience!

JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain all equipment and facility grounds according to SQF standards and safety regulations; manage maintenance systems for compliance with SQF, FDA GMP, HACCP, customer, and third-party quality and food safety audit requirements. Oversee all production personnel and maintenance related issues.
Duties
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Fabricate parts as needed using various tools and techniques, including welding.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting automated systems.
Operate tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime during repairs.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic Manager in a manufacturing facility
Strong mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance skills
Proficiency in using CMMS and understanding schematics
Electrical experience, including familiarity with high and low voltage systems
Ability to work with precision measuring instruments and welding techniques
