Responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician job include:
·Carry out scheduled maintenance work and modifications to machines by adjusting them and replacing any parts that might need service
·Troubleshoot problems with equipment set-ups/operations
·Schedule calibration set-up and maintenance of testing and manufacturing equipment, along with maintaining all calibration records
·Set-up/verify modifications of jobs
·Install and set-up all new equipment
·Order tools and get the old ones replaced if still covered under warranty
·Troubleshoot set-ups on wire prep equipment
·Design and or build fixtures for assembly and component prep.
·Maintain problematic parts and inventory along with ordering replacement tooling and equipment
·Plant modifications/repair/coordinate for new equipment
·Set-up and plan all major machine repairs
·Make on – call repairs to keep production moving on daily basis
·Help maintain facilities
·Keep production floor, tools, and equipment up to date with repairs or replacements
· Maintain plant air system
Preferred Qualifications:
·High School Diploma, two-year technician degree preferred
·5 years relevant experience
