Key Objectives

  • Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via live chat.
  • Assist with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat platforms.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage order-related questions, including status updates, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Document conversations accurately and maintain customer records.
  • Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and product offerings.
  • Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor in all communications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or live chat support, preferably in Food & Beverages or retail.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts as needed.
