Light Industrial Assembler

This position involves manufacturing and assembling precision test and measurement equipment, calibrating and testing products, and assisting with inventory management. It is a physically demanding role that requires lifting up to 50 pounds and collaborating with team members to lift materials.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble printed circuit boards into enclosures.
• Log quality control data for test and calibration information.
• Label products accurately.
• Package products for shipping and manage receiving processes.
• Manufacture and assemble precision test and measurement equipment.
• Assist the purchasing and shipping departments with various projects as needed.
• Engage in inventory control and participate in inventory counts.

• Electrical testing capabilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Mechanically-inclined and detail-oriented
• Hand dexterity for assembly, calibration, and packaging
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Self-starter with an inquisitive nature
• Prior experience in manufacturing is a bonus but not required

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alameda, CA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
