Responsibilities: - Lease and operate one of our top-condition trucks under our Lease to Purchase Program.
- Maintain and drive the truck responsibly and efficiently to meet business goals.
- Manage your own schedule, routes, and loads in line with operational guidelines and business requirements.
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the support team and other stakeholders.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 year of truck driving experience.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

- Average mileage for solo drivers ranges from 2,700 to 3,500 miles per week.
- Average mileage for team drivers is 4,000 to 6,000 miles per week.
Truck Lease Details: - Lease top-condition trucks including International Lt Automatic, 2022 Volvo 760 Automatic, 2022 Mack Anthem Automatic, and Freightliner Cascadia Automatic.
- $850- $975 weekly payment.
- Trucks under warranty with 500,000 miles warranty.
- Walk-out lease with no questions asked.
