Primary duties include internal and external service, sales, profit, and compliance. Key Duties and Responsibilities Internal Service – Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate employees; manage staffing; maintain training systems; develop internal candidates; create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe environment; motivate and inspire staff; recognize and reward performance. External Service – Lead daily activities to deliver guest service and food quality; monitor adherence to JIB systems, procedures, and food safety; respond to guest concerns; maintain a positive brand image. Higher Profits – Partner with the Restaurant Manager to analyze operational and financial data; identify trends; implement action plans; protect brand; monitor costs and budgets. Qualifications Education – High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience – Minimum 1 year as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager in a customer‑service environment; 3 years as an Assistant Manager with P&L responsibility. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – 18 + years old; must complete Assistant Manager training and ServSafe certification; valid driver’s license; English proficiency; math, analytical, organizational, and computer skills; integrity and ethical behavior. Physical Requirements – Stand and walk 85 %–95 % of shift; lift 10–65 lbs; operate equipment, drive vehicle; use computer keyboard.
