Our client is a fast-growing sports facility management company located in Clearwater, FL. They are looking to add an IT Vendor Governance Manager to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $90k - $100k
Position Overview: This IT Vendor Governance Manager will work part of a small team and be responsible for managing vendor relationships and projects. Work closely with regional and venue IT administrators, local vendors, and venue leaders so that standards and vendor expectations are practical and event-ready on the ground.
Responsibilities of the IT Vendor Governance Manager: - Gather feedback from venues on vendor performance, documentation quality, and recurring incident patterns, and feed that back into vendor reviews, standards, and project priorities.
- Run quarterly vendor and SLA reviews using straightforward scorecards that cover service quality, responsiveness, documentation, and compliance. Drive agreed corrective actions and track them to completion.
- Align vendor contracts and SLAs with our standards for security, documentation, escalation, and event support.
- Maintain the documentation and evidence required for PCI and related technology audit.
- Partner with Finance to manage licensing hygiene across key platforms.
Required Experience/Skills for the IT Vendor Governance Manager: - 5 or more years of experience in IT governance, vendor management, IT operations, or related roles.
- Direct experience managing multiple technology vendors or MSPs in a distributed or multi-site environment, not just a single site or internal-only IT team.
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365.
Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
