The Position
Phillips & Associates seeks an intake specialist to join the team in our downtown Manhattan office, located at 45 Broadway. The intake specialist will be responsible for handling a large volume of incoming leads (via phone, email, texts, etc.). We are looking for a team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills who is self-motivated, professional, capable of managing their work load while prioritizing tasks. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, will always be willing to go the extra mile and thrive in a fast paced and intellectual environment.
