The HR Business Partner is a Human Resources Generalist with extensive knowledge in all areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employment Law, On Boarding and Off-Boarding. Performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, employment, employee recognition, HR compliance, compensation, and benefits administration.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management or related field
Experience: Five (5) years of combined proven experience in an HR Business Partner/business consultation role within multiple HR functional areas and/or employee/labor relations.
License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. SHRM-CP, SHRM S-CP, PHR, SPHR or related certification.
