HR Consultant Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of our clients HR strategy and processes HR Strategy and policy development Deploy online training presentations Leave Administration (FMLA/ADA) Recruitment Performance Management EEO Reporting Employee Relations Orientation/Onboarding Programs Organizational Effectiveness HR Documentation Compliance Support Employee Engagement Initiatives Professional Development Qualifications: Customer Service oriented Strong verbal & written communication skills are required.
