Health Coach (Onsite Corporate) We are seeking an inspiring and well‑rounded onsite corporate Health Coach in the Irvine, California area to join our mission of providing integrated, whole‑person health solutions. Responsibilities Conduct one‑on‑one onsite health consultations, including nutrition and fitness guidance, to help clients achieve their individual goals. Lead engaging health‑related workshops. Perform health screenings and assessments for employees of registered organizations onsite. Foster positive relationships with participants to encourage ongoing engagement and continued attendance, while driving health promotion efforts to broaden awareness among non‑participants. Manage administrative tasks, such as note‑taking and monthly reporting. Job Type Freelance, part‑time, with potential for growth. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle with proper insurance and be open to commuting to different locations. As part of our hiring process, candidates being considered will also be required to complete a background check, in compliance with applicable laws. Education Bachelors or Masters (Preferred) in health promotion, or related health field required. Experience 3 years of equivalent experience in a corporate setting preferred. Coaching Certification from nationally recognized coach training organization. Bonus Points: Current Nutrition / Personal Training Certification, Group Fitness Certification, Yoga or Pilates Certification. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of fitness and nutrition, and ability to support individuals with their wellness goals. Travel as needed to meet business objectives, within a certain radius. Speaking experience; able to present group workshops. Knowledge and experience in fitness screenings and assessments (preferred). Positive, uplifting personality. Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills (proficient in English). Affinity for incorporating the company voice and brand into health topics. Mindful of our solution‑focused voice when addressing preventative health outcomes. Ability to inspire and motivate clients.
