We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a modern aesthetic, strong design instincts, and a willingness to learn from our Creative Director. This role will begin as remote, with occasional in-person meetings and client visits as needed. It’s ideal for someone who is passionate about design, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in producing clean, thoughtful, and on‑brand work. Key Responsibilities Design visual materials across a variety of media including campaigns, social graphics, business cards, letterhead, and print collateral Work from established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, modern creativity to each project Collaborate with the Creative Director and broader team to develop cohesive and compelling designs Prepare design files for print and digital production with precision and accuracy Support marketing and web design efforts through layout, visual assets, and brand consistency Maintain organized project files and version control on deliverables Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign development with creative ideas and enthusiasm Qualifications 1–3 years of professional design experience (internships count) Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Excellent sense of typography, color, and composition Meticulous attention to detail — we sweat the small things Ability to follow direction and work within brand systems while maintaining creative integrity Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team‑oriented environment Nice to Have Experience designing for websites, Amazon Stores or e-commerce platforms Familiarity with digital marketing and social media design best practices Basic knowledge of printing processes and production preparation Experience working in an agency or client‑service environment Pay based on experience – starting at $24-28/hour Directly supporting: Creative Director, President/Owner, Account Coordinator About Us We are a boutique marketing agency that specializes in high-quality strategy, design, and customer service. Our clients rely on us for excellence in every detail, from concept to execution. Availability During normal business hours – Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Alaska Time. Some evening or weekend availability may be required for deadlines or events. A person who will be successful in this role will be curious, collaborative, honest, and detail‑driven, with great design taste and a genuine passion for the craft of graphic design. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
